This is two couples sharing an amazing house, arrived to a very clean, organized property. There was every thing we needed and a family would need. Loved the wild life, wallabies, kangaroos, birds that came to the house at different times. Secluded but still in reach of most places.

Everything about this property was just incredible. The location is great, only about 20 minutes from the ferry dock at Penneshaw, a dog friendly beach just down the road, and a local convenience type store close by. The surroundings of the property are so beautiful, wouldn't even know you have neighbours if you couldn't see the houses. We had kangaroos feeding at our back door, which was an incredible experience.
The property and furniture is very modern, bed was extremely comfy and made it very easy to relax. The heater was a god send in this cold winter, despite the weather being blue skies and about 20 degrees.
The owners kindly allow dogs by prior arrangement, which made for a nice family holiday (my partner and our dog) .
Would 100% recommend as a place to stay"

My whole family stayed there for three days. It was a lovely stay. House was clean, tidy & well equipped. It had every thing we needed for the stay. Nice surroundings too. Mandy Sept 2014
We recently stayed at 112 Island beach and found the entire experience enjoyable.
From the very first communication with the owners through Stayz we were impressed.
The property itself was well appointed, comfortable and well looked after. With good instructions it was easy to find and being close to Penneshaw it was not a long trip from the ferry.
Will definitely consider this property again.

A One One Two holiday home was an absolute pleasure to have as our accommodation for our brilliant K.I. holiday. We loved the setting, being nestled into the sand dunes with wildlife abundant in all directions. The outdoor rock shower is also a pleasure to use in the warmth of the late afternoon sun! The interior is so bright and breezy too, with fantastic kitchen facilities. We found the Island Beach area simply stunning and a great place to base ourselves for a week of touring... Thank you for your hospitality.

Magic! Tucked away in bushes we could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The deck supplied us with wallabies and kangaroos every night and the sunset over the ocean from the lookout was amazing. Comfortable brand new beds and furniture made it perfect for relaxing or to cook a meal after a long day exploring. Great value!

If you're a nature lover then this is the place for you.
I sat quietly on the rear deck late one afternoon and watched three wallabies approach and feed on the grass just below.................certainly beats the zoo or wild life park!

Beautifully presented house with all the facilities we could want. Lovely short walk to the beach where we saw pelicans, oyster catchers and hooded plovers. The local wallabies also made frequent visits. The deck area is a great spot to have dinner and watch the stars come out. All in all a fantastic location and property to spend a relaxing break. Thanks for all the thought put into the inclusions.
